Selection
Character first. Everything else is secondary.
Status, income and title tell us very little. How a man behaves when it costs him something tells us everything.

There is no rank here and no man stands above another. What changes is what the brotherhood asks of you.
Associate
You get to know the men and they get to know you. Attend, listen, contribute where you can.
Prospect
You participate regularly and your conduct speaks for itself. Existing members vouch for what they have seen, not what they have been told.
Brother
Full membership, by invitation. You are now part of what holds the standard for everyone who follows.
Inner Circle
Long-standing members who carry the heaviest duties: discretion, guardianship of the principles, and service to the brotherhood before self.
